Abstract

Special attention has always been paid to culture and the art of speech, because in order to be successful, first of all, you need to learn how to communicate. This has become an axiom for many. But not for everyone. The main art in business communication is the art of interaction between interlocutors. Traders are constantly faced with various interpersonal problems when organizing joint events. Many serious problems arise from the inability of partners to properly organize relationships with colleagues. First of all, it is about the family and ethnic group that use cultural and historical patterns of behavior. Together with the latter, the individual assimilates national and ethnic, social and age, emotional and aesthetic, professional and other norms of universal human knowledge and human stereotypes. The practical purpose of the mutual ideas of partners is that understanding the psychological appearance of the personality is the initial information for determining the tactics of their behavior in relation to the participants in the interaction. This means that the laws and stereotypes of mutual cognition perform the function of regulating the relationship of people.
