Ways to develop digitalization of financing of the agricultural sector of the republic OF Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article examines the importance of the country's agricultural sector and the annual increase in financial support measures from the state. Nevertheless, agriculture in our country still does not demonstrate dynamic development. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the control and effectiveness of financial resources allocated by the state today. The authors propose digitizing the financial resources allocated to agriculture in order to systematically resolve these problems. Digitalization of agricultural sector financing is especially important in increasing the efficiency of allocated financial resources from various sources and strengthening control over the targeted spending of funds. The research used general scientific methods of comparison, expert assessment, analysis and synthesis, methods of generalization of scientific research results. Based on the research results, digitalization of financial platforms, the use of big data and analytics, the introduction of blockchain technologies, mobile and fintech solutions, automation of government support, development of agrostructural technologies (digital insurance), improvement of digital infrastructure, education and digital literacy, support for the private sector and startups, the introduction of an international experience.
