GOVERNMENT RATIONALE ISSUES IN THE THEORY OF BIOPOLITICS OF MICHEL FOUCAULTСЫНДАҒЫ БАСҚАРУДЫҢ РАЦИОАНАЛДЫҚ МӘСЕЛЕЛЕРІ

Abstract

The article examined the scientific approaches of the French philosopher Michel Foucault to the theory of biosociality of public relations management, including the issue of government rationality. The main meaning of the theory of biosociality is aimed at studying the role, values   and essence of the people as a subject and object of politics in improving forms of public administration, instruments of influence on political power. Therefore, the article studied the interaction of political ideas between power and population, ideological dominance in socio-philosophical aspects. The article studied the main ideas and meanings of M. Foucault's biosayat theory. The relevance of the topic of research is due to the existential focus on determining the conditions of a person's political life. This problem is relevant in that in a single space there are various political ideological, interested views on the joint life of people and find a solution to social issues. When solving this problem, the theoretical and applied aspects of modern approaches to the analysis of public order at the levels of M. Foucault's theory of biosociality are taken as a basis. Therefore, in modern humanities, the theory of release considers the level of rational organization of human life and finding its problematic solution in various socio-political practices. M.Fuko clarifies this condition in his works as a form of population management.
