IMPROVEMENT OF INNOVATION PROCESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT PETROAZAKSTAN OIL PRODUCTS LLP

The article discusses theoretical and practical aspects of improving system for managing innovative processes at the industrial enterprise of the oil refining sector - PetroKazakhstanOilProductsLLP. The role of innovation key factor in increasing competitiveness and efficiency refinery in context digitalization and tightening environmental requirements has been identified. Based on analysis current innovation management system, limitations were identified: lack centralized project management, low degree of digitalization processes, insufficient integration data analysis tools and predictive modeling. A model modernizing innovation activities was proposed, including creation InnovationOffice, introduction digital project management platform and use DigitalTwin technology to modernize production processes. Implementation of proposed system allows increasing processing depth, reducing equipment downtime due to predictive analytics, increasing labor productivity and reducing operating costs for energy carriers and repairs. The results of study demonstrate that introduction digital innovation management tools provides strategic advantages company, accelerates management decision-making, increases process transparency and level of industrial safety.
