ANALYSIS OF THE LABOR MARKET AND SECTORAL DIVISION OF LABOR

Abstract

The economic activity of the population plays a special role in achieving the strategic goals of economic development of Kazakhstan and the implementation of state policy measures, the country's and the world's entry into the top 30 competitive countries. One of the main indicators of the development of the labor market is the employment of the population. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Employment of the population", it is defined as "labor activity related to the satisfaction of personal and social needs that does not violate the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or generates income.""Since the labor market determines the level of employment, income, qualifications and well-being of the population, it is one of the main factors of the country's economic and social development. In addition, the labor market demonstrates adaptation to changes in domestic and international economic needs. Provision of measures that contribute to improving the efficiency of the functioning of employment centers, diversification of tools for external and internal incentives for employees of employment centers, increasing the reliability of forecasting labor market conditions as a result of providing proposals for the modernization of advanced training of employees.
