meaning of the term and definitions of the concepts "coaching", "coach", describes the history of coaching and its development as an effective pedagogical technology, describes the Finnish model of learning in higher education, distinctive features differences and specifics between a coach and a university teacher, based on the experience of implementing coaching practices in the training of future teachers in the field of Preschool education, as part of research work using the example of Finland, the structure of the matrix of
project-based learning through integrative technologies is shown using the example of the discipline "Methods of introducing children to nature", which details the stages, ways of introducing, a mix of integrative technologies, methods and forms of work, methods student activization and facilitation aimed at developing students' professional and personal qualities.
