Abstract

The transport and logistics complex is one of the key sectors of the economy of Kazakhstan, influencing the national income, and accordingly, the welfare of society. Efficient transport contributes not only to the acceleration of production processes and the strengthening of interregional and international economic ties, but also to the replenishment of the state budget. Long-term development of the TLC is of strategic importance for Kazakhstan, which ranks ninth in the world in terms of area. The favorable geo-economic location of Kazakhstan creates favorable opportunities for obtaining economic bonuses due to the development of international transit transportation of goods and passengers. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, systematic work is being carried out to improve the quality of transport services. First of all, this is a reduction in transport time, a decrease in transportation costs, optimization of tariffs, safety of goods and, importantly, the training of high-quality human resources, which is designed to ensure the normal functioning of the entire logistics system.
