In any legal state, regardless of the form of its state structure, population, mentality and the level of financial well-being of its citizens, all individuals and legal entities strive to build their relations with state bodies at a high level of trust. Ideally, humanity organizes certain forms of government to solve human problems and, created by the state, they should be the guarantors of justice. It was for such purposes that a jury trial was created in Kazakhstan.
In a civilized society, the court has a central place in the entire legal system. It is the court that embodies true law, true justice, and the higher the role, authority of the court and justice, the greater the autonomy and independence of the court in relations with representative bodies and governing bodies, the higher the level of law and democracy in the country, the more reliably protected from possible encroachments on the rights and freedoms of citizens.
