INTELLIGENT DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEMS IN FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (CASE STUDY: BI GROUP JSC)

Abstract

This article examines modern approaches to the digital transformation of financial processes in the construction industry using BI GROUP JSC as an example. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of intelligent decision support systems (IDSS) that integrate big data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and robotic process automation (RPA). It is shown that the use of these tools enables the company to automate accounting procedures, generate reports in accordance with international standards, minimize the risk of errors, and ensure the transparency of financial transactions. The use of Big Data and AI helps identify hidden patterns, predict market trends, and improve the accuracy of strategic planning. Blockchain technology ensures the reliability and security of transactions, strengthening the trust of investors and regulators, and helps optimize routine operations and improve the efficiency of financial departments. Information security issues are also addressed, including the use of encryption methods, two-factor authentication, and regular audits. It is concluded that the comprehensive implementation of digital technologies and the IDSS forms the foundation for sustainable growth, strengthens financial stability, and ensures BI GROUP JSC's strategic leadership in the Kazakhstan construction industry.
