PROSPECTS OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE TOURISM INDUSTRY IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

The article presents digital products that have a significant impact on the formation of tourism in Kazakhstan, among which are identified tourist information portals, products of financial ecosystems aimed at the formation of domestic tourism in the state. The purpose of the article is to study the current level and possibilities of digitalization of the tourism sector in Kazakhstan, to identify the main trends and obstacles in the path of digital transformation, and also to argue proposals for the subsequent formation of a digital tourism ecosystem. The article presents the results of a unified study of the distinctive features of the formation of the tourism industry in the current circumstances, highlights the cumulative value of industry strategic values and evaluates digital products used in the concept of promoting tourist destinations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The tasks of acceptable reorientation of travelers' flows, taking into account the stimulation of the formation of domestic and immigration tourism, are not feasible in the absence of intensive introduction of digital technologies and improvement of the concept of informative provision of tourist destinations. The need to expand the use of digital tools and services is justified as tools for work promotion.
