Abstract

Business value is becoming the main criterion for strategic management of modern companies, assessing their investment attractiveness. The development and implementation of a strategy for the development of the company and improving the well-being of shareholders, property management in the interests of stakeholders in modern socio-economic conditions is possible only on the basis of an assessment of the real value of property and the prospects for its change. The purpose of the study is to identify the most effective tools, including by examining various tools for increasing business value at the present time. The importance of working in today's accelerated globalization, it is necessary to constantly improve the tools for increasing business value. Because at present, the company needs to constantly increase the value of the business in order to maintain its place in the market and increase its competitiveness. The research used methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, and comparison of scientific research results. It was found that the main result of the study – increasing business value – is the most important aspect for the long-term successful development of any company. The tools used in domestic and international practice allow companies to increase their value and remain competitive.
