The article examines the attention and opportunities provided by the state to people with disabilities, as well as the significant work carried out by the state to create a decent lifestyle for them. The adoption of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Rights of persons with disabilities", which entered into force on January 16, 2021, provides new benefits for this category of citizens compared to previous legislation. Modern reforms are aimed at educating all citizens, including young people, in the spirit of national identity and patriotism. Special attention is paid to the importance of historical monuments, unique manuscripts, historical documents and museums in our country. The conditions created for people with disabilities in museums are analyzed, and examples from other foreign museums are given.
